IBM – BUSINESS CONNECT 2016

The installation divided the Superstudio open space in a fresh new set-up to host the IBM Business Connect. The separation of the spaces was achieved through the use of wavy panels, that created a division but also an interactive itinerary through the event, where each panel projected videos and slides. The installation provided a main auditorium with a rear-projected screen and two entrance panels for the speakers, two smaller auditoriums, a bar area and two lab spaces. The lab space provided a place to work collectively and present new products in an more intimate and direct way. The curtains used to define these spaces also created a certain permeability towards the main itinerary as someone outside the space could see what was going on inside, and be persuaded to join in.
