VIENNA SPHERE

In 2015 the city of Vienna celebrate two important events: the 150th anniversary of the Ringstrasse plan and the 60th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. To bring these important events in the main cities of Europe Vienna’s Tourism Association created a multimedial art installation: Vienna Sphere. It is a big inflatable dome for 360° video projection that can host up to 500 people and was free to access from April 10th to April 12th 2015 in Via del Burchiello in Milan. At the inauguration evening Conchita Wurst, winner of the 2014 edition of Eurovision Song Contest, was present at the Milan Vienna Spere as a guest in an exclusive event organised by Vienna Tourist Association with the patronage of the city of Milan.
